What's the drinking age in Mexico?+
The legal drinking age in Mexico is 18. All Cabo Party Pass nights are 18+, and every guest needs a valid government-issued photo ID.
How does the deposit work?+
You reserve today for $13 or $24 per person depending on the pass, and the balance is due at check-in — payable in cash, Visa or Mastercard, USD or MXN. Deposits are refundable up to 72 hours before your date; inside 72 hours they're non-refundable but you can move your date free. If you no-show, the balance is never charged.

Your host meets your group at the entrance of El Squid Roe, Blvd. Lázaro Cárdenas 1112, downtown Cabo San Lucas — the venue we own and the easiest landmark in town. Nights run roughly 9:30 pm to 2 am.
Is Cabo safe for Spring Break?+
Cabo San Lucas is one of Mexico's most tourism-focused destinations, and the downtown party zone is busy and well-traveled. Use normal travel sense, stay with your group, and keep an eye on your drinks. On a pass, a host stays with your group the whole night — which is half the point.
