These Terms govern reservations made on this site. The online booking and deposit are sold by Cabo Hospitality LLC; your experience is delivered in Cabo San Lucas by Operadora Calamar S.A. de C.V., which collects the remaining balance at check-in. By booking, you agree to these Terms.
Reservations & deposits
- Your online deposit secures your pass for the date you select. It is applied 100% toward your total — it is not an additional fee.
- The remaining balance is due at check-in on the night of your reservation, payable by Visa, Mastercard, or cash (USD or MXN).
- Prices and pass contents are shown before you pay and are confirmed in your reservation. Availability is not guaranteed until your deposit is received.
Cancellations, refunds & changes
- Deposits are refundable up to 72 hours before your reservation date. Within 72 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.
- You may reschedule to another available date; your deposit carries over. Use the Manage Booking page or contact us.
- Refunds (when eligible) are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
Age & identification
Cabo Party Pass experiences are strictly 18+. Every guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID or passport at check-in and at venue entry. Guests who cannot verify their age will be refused entry without refund.
Dress code is casual — clothing and shoes are required, and each venue reserves the right to refuse entry at the door's discretion.
Conduct & right to refuse service
We want everyone to have a great night. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service, without refund, for intoxication, aggressive or unlawful behavior, or failure to follow venue policies (including dress code). Please drink responsibly.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cabo Party Pass, Cabo Hospitality LLC, and Operadora Calamar S.A. de C.V. are not liable for personal loss, injury, or damages arising from your voluntary attendance, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
The online transaction is governed by the laws applicable to Cabo Hospitality LLC; services rendered in Cabo San Lucas are governed by the laws of Mexico (Baja California Sur). Disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of those jurisdictions.
SMS Messaging Program
When you opt in, Cabo Party Pass sends transactional booking texts: booking confirmations, reminders, post-visit review requests, pass-availability and waitlist alerts, and incomplete-booking reminders.
Consent is obtained at checkout when you provide your mobile number and check the consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and message frequency varies with your booking activity.
